How did I become a MatriX coach? Because, after years of employment, I also wanted more control in my professional life and had a lot of communication knowledge and experience, I started working as a self-employed person in communications. A few years ago, in that work, I met Ingrid Stoop, the founder of the MatriX method. She enthusiastically told me about all her experiences and how her method works. It really appealed to me, because she had devised a very effective method in which I also recognized the ideas of NLP. I then started working on editorial jobs for her. To create texts, I interviewed fifteen MatriX coaches, among others. And really, all 15 of them had the most amazing examples. One from education, the other as a POH-GGZ employee, another in youth care, etc.
