As a proud owner and editor-in-chief, I would like to give you a glimpse into my kitchen. In five words I describe myself as passionate, creative, enterprising, commercial and fun. My enterprising spirit and creativity ensure that I never sit still. In recent years I have gained a lot of experience in the beauty, sports and lifestyle sector. My interest in this has grown into a true passion. As well as cooking, which I would like to add to the passion list. I enjoy being in the kitchen myself, but I enjoy eating out just as much. I always get inspiration here and look forward to getting to know new flavors. Appetizers and dishes with avocado, figs and fresh tuna are favorites. I also like to make filled snacks in filo pastry and I find sushi to eat with my fingers. With dinner (and actually also next to it) I like to drink a Chardonnay or Sauternes. With so many tasty treats, of course, also a good intention to exercise. But sport isn't just for me. It's a good outlet and always makes me feel good, so I also see this as a passion. On weekday evenings and during the weekend I like to play a game of tennis and hockey as a team.
