What is FC?

Feedback Company is a software solution to collect all that customer feedback and reviews.

How does it work?

After receiving the ordered product, the consumer receives a questionnaire by email about the experiences with your company. The resulting reviews will be shown on your own company page at Feedback Company. You can also place a widget in your webshop so that the reviews are also visible there. This builds trust with the customer.
